Curadel Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) SMS Terms & Conditions

Overview
The Curadel Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) uses SMS text messaging to deliver business-critical notifications related to environmental monitoring, operational events, employee safety, and regulatory compliance.
This SMS program is intended exclusively for Curadel employees and is used solely for internal business communications.

Program Purpose
SMS notifications may include, but are not limited to:
  • Environmental monitoring alarms
  • Radiation monitoring alerts
  • Temperature, humidity, pressure, or particle count excursions
  • Equipment faults or failures
  • Critical infrastructure alerts
  • Emergency operational notifications
  • System status updates
  • Escalation notifications
  • Other business-critical EMS alerts
SMS messages are used exclusively for internal operational purposes and are never used for advertising, marketing, or promotional communications.

Employee Participation
Participation in the EMS SMS notification program is required for all Curadel employees as part of employment and company operational procedures.
Employee mobile phone numbers are maintained by Curadel solely for the purpose of delivering critical EMS notifications. Individuals cannot independently subscribe to this service; enrollment is managed internally by Curadel.

Message Frequency
Message frequency is event-driven and depends on monitored system conditions.
Employees may receive no messages during normal operations or multiple notifications during alarm conditions, equipment failures, or emergency events until the event has been acknowledged or resolved.

Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier’s service plan.

Opt-Out
Because EMS notifications support business operations, employee safety, and regulatory compliance, participation in the EMS SMS notification program is mandatory for Curadel employees. Employees may not opt out of receiving required EMS notifications while employed by Curadel.
Employees who believe they have received SMS messages in error should contact the Curadel Information Technology Department.

Privacy
Employee mobile phone numbers are used solely for EMS operational communications.
Curadel does not use SMS for marketing purposes and does not sell, rent, or share employee phone numbers with third parties for advertising or promotional communications.
